It goes without saying that 2020 was the year of change. The pandemic brought challenges within the personal and professional world, but it is with these challenges that we were able to adapt as a company, pivoting our approach to continue our WOW candidate experience.

As we entered 2021, we continued to focus our energy on encouraging candidates to apply for roles that suited their skillset, clearly communicating responsibilities and company culture, and offering a personalized experience to address their wants and needs.

As a company grounded in our Fundamentals of Success, our mantra is to “provide a WOW experience” with every candidate interaction. In order to ensure we are exceeding expectations, we have created and collected surveys from our candidates regarding their experience throughout the year. These questions are defined by the Temporary Worker Survey published by Staffing Industry Analysts, so not only are we comparing our results year over year, but we are also monitoring how we compare to our competitors.

When reviewing the survey results comparing 2020 and 2021 Assignment Employees (AE), there are a few key statistics from this year that are exciting to report:

  • 99% of AE are likely to very likely to recommend SSE to a friend, relative or colleague
  • 90% of AE found their SSE Recruiter/Account Manager to be helpful, courteous, and responsive
  • 94% of AE agree/strongly agree that SSE is a trustworthy and honest agency
  • 92% of AE agree/strongly agree that the staff at SSE are responsive and polite

We believe that it is our WOW Experience that sets us apart in this industry, and ultimately leads us to creating meaningful relationships with our candidates.
