Meet Ann Richardson

A tried-and-true morning person, you will find Ann at the office early each day. She just celebrated 17 years with Staffing Solutions Enterprises (SSE) and was recently named Director of Staffing Services, managing the non-contract temporary and direct hire division. “Our job is to ensure our clients are happy with our service delivery so they come back to us for their next need,” she stated. “We also work hard to match our candidates with the right client.”

When asked what she likes most about working at SSE, Ann responded, “Over the years I have developed a trusted relationship with clients and candidates. I am motivated by getting the right fit for both.” She adds, “I also love our team!  We are all motivated by success, which drives us to make both our client and candidate experiences the best they can be.”

Ann was busy raising her family when she accepted a part-time position with SSE. Thinking back over the years, she feels her greatest accomplishment has been the ability to make a difference in the lives of so many each and every day.

As a child, Ann always admired her mom. “She was fearless, selfless, and always made everything better,” Ann reflected. “She always told us, ‘Don’t be afraid,’ which fits in well with life in general.”

Her very first job was washing hair at my older sister’s hair salon. After graduating from college, Ann accepted a position as an Executive Recruiter. She recalls her boss wrote on their inspiration board, “DO IT NOW,” another motto by which she continues to live.

Although she currently has no pets, she is a dog person at heart. Ann enjoys fall, and would say that Thanksgiving is her favorite holiday, “Family, food, and no shopping for gifts!” She also enjoys going to Indian’s games and visiting Tremont with her sons.

When asked what she feels is the greatest TV series of all time, Ann promptly responded, “Greys Anatomy.” As for a binge-worthy series, Ann recommends Ozark. “I just finished watching it and am now going through withdrawal!”
