SueAnn Naso is the CEO of Staffing Solutions Enterprises. With over 30 years of expertise in Human Resources, SueAnn excels in developing talent acquisition and retention strategies for organizations and ensuring the attainment of their business objectives. Her specialties include creative sourcing techniques, social media recruiting campaigns, recruitment process outsourcing, vendor management, HR technology tools, and talent acquisition and retention metrics. SueAnn has also been instrumental in the development and launch of several business services including Contract Workforce Optimization (StaffMatrix), Recruitment Services and myTalentLink.
Blake Babcock joined the SSE team in 2019 and brings forward 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting Industry. He is responsible for the overall growth of SSE Service Offerings and Marketing. Blake’s approach to on-boarding and engaging clients is consultative and solutions oriented while focusing on building trust and long-term partnerships.
Kathleen R. Bodnar, MBA joined Staffing Solutions Enterprises in 1993 and has progressively advanced within the organization, currently serving as the Controller since 2003. She directs the financial affairs of the organization. In addition, she is responsible for the company’s financial forecasting, accounting practices, human resource application and information technology.
Ann Richardson joined Staffing Solutions Enterprises in 2003. Ann brings forward nearly three decades of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. As Director of Staffing Services, Ann leads the temporary and temp to hire staffing services division for new and established clients. She is responsible for client retention, order fulfillment and ensuring an excellent client and candidate experience.
Jessica Steele joined our team in November 2022, bringing forward a Bachelor of Arts in Operational Management and over 10 years of expertise in the staffing and recruiting industry. Jessica is accountable for our Recruitment Services department and SSE’s VMS, StaffMatrix. As the leader of our market mastery team, Jessica is responsible for seamless order management, exceptional service delivery, and the implementation of effective recruiting strategies. As Director of StaffMatrix, Jessica oversees day-to-day recruitment activities to exceed client growth goals, ensures great customer experience and successful implementation of StaffMatrix contracts.
Celia Stonko has been with Staffing Solutions Enterprises since 2015 working within the StaffMatrix program since 2017. Celia holds a degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and has 12 years of experience in the recruiting industry. As Program Manager, Celia develops and oversees the StaffMatrix recruitment strategy which includes the selection and management of client’s customized network of staffing partner vendors.
Anthony Bucci, Co-Founder of BV Staffing, brings over three decades of expertise in talent acquisition and client relationship management. At BV Staffing, Anthony specializes in fostering and nurturing client relationships that fuel innovation and growth. His strategic leadership has been instrumental in building exceptional teams for startups and established companies in Pittsburgh’s dynamic business landscape. Notably, Anthony’s efforts have contributed to the success stories of renowned organizations such as Duolingo and 3M.
Scott Ventura, Co-Founder of BV Staffing, brings over three decades of recruitment expertise to the forefront. In 2002, fueled by his passion for connecting candidates with opportunities, Scott co-founded BV Staffing alongside with Anthony Bucci. Scott’s focus lies in cultivating relationships with candidates and sourcing top talent for Pittsburgh-based organizations. His extensive background in technology recruitment and strategic hiring processes positions him as a key driver of BV Staffing’s mission to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the Pittsburgh business community.
