Staffing Solutions Secures Reseller Rights to Game-Changing Interview Tool

SSE will be the exclusive authorized reseller in Ohio for InterviewPath’s cloud-based software, which generates custom interview guides. This quick, affordable, and easy-to-use solution helps strengthen and standardize the interviewing/selection process while improving the candidate experience and minimizing legal risk.

Passing of the Torch

Staffing Solutions Enterprises (SSE) announced today that SueAnn Naso has purchased the organization from Founder and Chief Executive Officer Carmella Calta. Naso has been with the organization since 1992, serving as President since 2009. The sale of SSE was initiated by Calta’s announcement to retire following a 45-year tenure with the organization.

Naso has been recognized throughout the years for her achievements, being named a Woman of Note Honoree in 2013, Progressive Women Who Excel winner in 2017, and recipient of the Employment Management Association Host award and the ERC Hero’s award. Throughout her tenure, Naso has continually championed for employee work-life balance, earning her the prestigious, nationally recognized When Work Works Award from 2012-2017 for excellence in workplace effectiveness and flexibility. Under her leadership, the organization also earned the “Smart Business Magazine” World Class Customer Service Award in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016, the Smart Business Pillar Award for community service in 2010, 2013, and 2014, and the Smart Business Progressive Organization of the year at the Perspectives Women Who Excel Awards in 2015.

During her 27-year tenure, Naso has been instrumental in the development and expansion of two innovative recruitment solutions, temporary workforce optimization, and recruitment process outsourcing services. She also launched an initiative to elevate client and candidate engagement resulting in increased business performance. “Over the next few months, our management team will be meeting to review and refine our strategy for continued growth. We are looking to grow the business through the addition of new service offerings, geographical expansion, and maximizing the use of recruitment technology,” Naso stated.
In announcing her retirement, Calta plans to focus more on her volunteer work. She is an active member of In Council with Women and an honoree of the Women Inspiring Strength and Hope (W.I.S.H) Initiative, honoring outstanding women for their career success, significant contributions to the community and personal passion and commitment to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Throughout her years at SSE, Calta was recognized as a leader in the industry and received numerous awards for business excellence including Weatherhead 100 Service Company of the Year, National Association of Women Business Owner Top 10 and Crain’s Women of Note.
