I won’t bore you with some history of marketing strategies throughout the decades, nor will I give you the golden ticket to the most incredible social media posts because frankly, that ticket will expire quick with the ever-changing algorithm (thanks, Google). TIPS to perfecting your resume

How to get your resume through the ATS, Applicant Tracking Systems, that many medium- and large-sized companies use to streamline their hiring process.

Once your resume is uploaded into the system, the ATS breaks it down into categories (education, experience, skills, etc.) then scans for specific keywords relevant to the job posting to determine if it should be passed along to a recruiter.
