The Role of Social Recruiting

Social media has dramatically changed the way people all over the world interact and communicate – and recruiting is no exception. In fact, 91% of employers now use some type of social media for recruiting.

From building brand awareness to decreasing time-to-fill, social media platforms allow for a more proactive and targeted approach to reaching a much broader network of candidates – those actively seeking jobs as well as passive candidates.

Today, nearly every job seeker is active in some form of social media. So how do you make your company stand out among the others? Adding a relevant image to a social job post is a sure-fire way to increase engagement – in fact, a social post with an image is 10 times more likely to get engagement than one without.

While the benefits of social media recruitment to HR are innumerable, the implementation of social media is not always easy. Staffing Solutions Enterprises (SSE) can help. SSE’s skilled marketing team is here to take your recruitment business to the next level – from job marketing and candidate attraction to screening and sourcing. Staffing Solutions Enterprises Secures Reseller Rights To Game-Changing Interview Tool

[October 28, 2019 – Cleveland, OH] Staffing Solutions Enterprises (SSE) is excited to announce a new partnership with InterviewPath. SSE will be the exclusive authorized reseller in Ohio for InterviewPath’s cloud-based software, which generates custom interview guides. This quick, affordable, and easy-to-use solution helps strengthen and standardize the interviewing/selection process while improving the candidate experience and minimizing legal risk.

“When I sat down with InterviewPath’s founder and owner, Ron Bower, I was immediately impressed with the simple functionality and use of InterviewPath,” said Blake Babcock, SSE’s Director of Client Engagement. “Most importantly, it [InterviewPath] has the power to solve a problem I see every day – the amount of preparation time to prepare for an interview, which most of us don’t have. Hiring managers often end up ‘winging it,’ relying on their experience to ‘read people’, or even Googling the latest and greatest interview questions.  This can lead to ineffective interviews and unpleasant candidate experiences.  InterviewPath solves that problem by generating effective, behavioral-based custom interview guides in minutes.”

InterviewPath was released in 2017 and is being widely used by clients across multiple industries. SSE has acquired the rights to market this tool in Ohio and will work closely with InterviewPath to further develop the offering for clients.

Ron Bower stated, “We’re thrilled to partner with SSE. For more than 45 years, SSE has been dedicated to service – for both their job seekers and clients – and continues to be a recruitment solutions leader.  SSE’s reseller rights give them the exclusive power to help Ohio employers create interview processes that are focused, legal, replicable, ultimately saving time and money and more accurately find the right candidate for the job.”

Getting the results from an interview can be harder than you think. Research shows that asking the right questions positions you to make more accurate hiring decisions. InterviewPath’s guides standardize interviews to ensure a consistent experience and set the interview apart from the rest.
