SueAnn Naso is President and CEO of Staffing Solutions Enterprises. During her 27 years with the organization, she has held various positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Customer Officer. SueAnn has been instrumental in the development and launch of several business services including Contract Workforce Optimization (StaffMatrix), Recruitment Services and myTalentLink. Before joining SSE, she gained industry experience working for an international staffing organization where she led business development for a branch office in the Southern California region.
A well-known and respected expert in the human resource field, SueAnn excels in developing talent acquisition and retention strategies for organizations, ensuring the attainment of their business objectives. These strategies encompass all facets of recruiting and retention, from sourcing and pre-employment processes to onboarding and performance management. Her specialties include creative sourcing techniques, social media recruiting campaigns, recruitment process outsourcing, vendor management, HR technology tools, and talent acquisition and retention metrics.
SueAnn is very involved within the Human Resources and non-profit communities. Currently the President of the Human Resource Leadership Group, she is also a member of the National and Cleveland chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management, having formerly held the role of President of the Cleveland chapter. She also sits on the boards of Engage! Cleveland and Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio and is a founding member of the Executive HR Women’s Network. Additional volunteer and community activities include EncoreNEO steering committee, GCP Middle Market steering committee, past Chair of the Board of ERC, and past Chair of the Board for Bowling Green State University’s Parent and Family Association. She has been a subject matter expert on employment trends for TV appearances on Fox 8, publications in Smart Business magazine, Crain’s Cleveland, CBC magazine, and The Plain Dealer.
A native of Northeast Ohio, SueAnn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bowling Green State University. In addition, she has received several HR and Customer Service recognitions including the Employment Management Association Host award, the ERC Hero’s award, the “Smart Business Magazine” World Class Customer Service Award in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2016. She was a Crain’s Women of Note Honoree in 2013. Most recently, SueAnn received the 2017 Smart Business Progressive Women Who Excel Award.
Staffing Solutions received the Smart Business Pillar Award winner for community service in 2010, 2013, and 2014. In 2015 the organization was recognized as the Smart Business Progressive Organization of the year at the Perspectives Women Who Excel Awards. From 2012 – 2017, Staffing Solutions was also awarded the prestigious national When Work Works Award for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility.
Kathleen R. Bodnar, MBA joined Staffing Solutions Enterprises in 1993 and has progressively advanced within the organization, currently serving as the Controller since 2003. She directs the financial affairs of the organization and is responsible for the company’s financial forecasting, accounting practices, human resource application and information technology.
Founder Carmella Calta set the groundwork for Staffing Solution’s unwavering commitment to quality customer service, which has since evolved into the organization’s core values: integrity, service, and innovation.
Throughout the years, Carmella has been recognized for her business excellence, earning her awards including the National Association of Women Business Owners Top 10 and Crain’s Women of Note. Under her direction, the organization also received the Weatherhead 100 Service Company of the Year award.
Now retired, Carmella remains an active member of In Council With Women and an honoree of the Women Inspiring Strength and Hope (W.I.S.H.) campaign, part of the Make A Wish Foundation.
